Priscilla Douglas is well known by top exexecutives as a skilled adviser and coach. Priscilla coaches individuals en route to the C-suite and exexecutives in the C-suite to be more skillful at working col-laboratively and strategically. She helps advance leadership skills for major clients in financial ser-vices, biotech, government, higher education, architecture and defense. Priscilla’s ability to help others unlock higher leadership value can be attributed, quite simply, to the fact that Priscilla is a leader herself. Earning her doctorate from the Harvard Graduate School of Education in four years and being elected class marshal Her professional career includes key ex-executive positions in government, academics and business where she was often the first woman and the first African American.
Priscilla has worked with over one thousand individuals and teams in healthcare, financial services, technology, manufacturing and government. She brings over thirty years of real world experience and thought leadership from the public and private sectors to client engagements. She knows how to walk the talk and readily shares her in-sights in a practical way to help her clients.
A much sought-after public speaker, Douglas has keynoted conferences around the globe and has presented at the prestigious Aspen Insituate, Club of Rome and in forums in Singapore, Australia, South Africa, Japan, and beyond. She is also on the faculty of the International Women’s Forum (IWF), offering exexecutive development seminars to its global business partners. Douglas currently serves on the Board of Directors for Leader Bank, the John Adams In-situate, Landmarks Orchestra, Northeastern University, and the Boston Museum of Science, and she has been elected by her peers to serve on the White House Fellows Alumni Association.
The Marblehead Business Referral Network is a professional organization of men and women dedicated to helping small and entrepreneurial business with ties to Marblehead, MA. Not only do they offer quality referrals to fellow members, the group conducts a speaking series with timely topics for small business owners in order to complete better in today’s ever changing business environment. Each member is regularly allowed to lead a business brainstorming session which is safe environment for folks to table a current business problem that they need ad-vice on how to tackle. Each member is allowed an opportunity for an individual business spotlights to go in depth to describe their current business opportunities. MBRN requires a reasonable commitment as they meet twice a month on Thursday mornings at Palmers Restaurant which is located at 123 Pleasant Street in Marblehead. New members are welcome
